The reason that this program is different is because the staff here care about us. ALA is different because the staff here care about us and are not here just for a paycheck. Programs hire about 20 to 50 staff depending on the program. But that is not here. We have 4 very good staff that care about us a lot. They will go into town and buy us things that we want or need out of their own money. There are also a lot of better paying jobs that they could get. That is why I love this program.
